Your Immediate Assistance is required in this urgent matter.
Please grant Troy Davis an Immediate Stay of Execution until all new evidence in his case has been thoroughly examined.
There are still far too many questions that must be thoroughly investigated and until each new piece of evidence is investigated that removes all doubt, according to our laws Troy Davis is innocent until proven guilty. Specifically, 7 of the nine witnesses have recanted their testimony, often citing police coercion for their original testimony. Of the two witnesses not recanting, one has been identified by others as having been involved in the shooting.
